All participants 18 yrs old and older must fill out their own waiver.
If participants are under 18, parents must fill out the waiver for them. This is a legal document and parents are the only people who can fill out this document for their children. Grandparents other family members or friends can not fill out this document for minors that are not theirs.
There is no need to print the waiver, once complete you will receive a a confirmation email theat FFAP has received the waiver.
Any participant 18yrs old and up must Bring ID with them to the registration building.
